Describe your usual writing process

Well I think that when I am trying to write an essay or any kind of paper I have to be in a quiet place and make sure I would not get disturb. When I get disturbed I lose my concentration and forget about what I am doing. Before I start writing I like to relax and think about how and where I have to start writing my paper.
I believe I would call it borderline writers block for the fact that I don’t write the topics. I like to think about it and literally brainstorm. My main concern is to let the readers know what my paper is about. I think known what are you writing and known also what the reader is looking for is a good starting to write. I think I would take advantage of this class since I have lots to learn about writing. Hopefully by the end of this class my writing skills have improved. I think I would be the first one to admit that I have never been a good writer but, I have faith that I can change this. I am working in getting a game plan to make sure I can achieve my goals that I have set up for this class.

  1. Armando, I see a lot of potential in your writing. I encourage you to develop your brainstorming strategies by using specific techniques. You may find that freewriting (writing whatever comes to mind without thinking) works great for you, or you may prefer to carefully think through and write an outline. Figure out what works best for you, based on your experience and experimentation.

  2. I aslo feel that I am not a good writer Armando but I feel that there is potential in all of us to some degree. We may not all "ever" be great writers or authors, but the goals we set for ourselves should definitly benefit us in the future. I agree with Mr. Sentell about freewriting. He has also recommended it to me and I feel it is something I am cerrtainly going to try!
